SHIPPING POLICY
Keytagclub.com currently only ships within the continental United States. We do not ship to Canada.
Stock (I Love My Gym) keytags are shipped within 48 hours from the time your order is placed. Stock keytags are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, and on average you should expect to receive your order within 7-10 days from the time that you place your order.
Custom keytag reorders (with no changes) are shipped out in 7-10 days. You will receive a UPS tracking number on the day the order ships so that you will be able to track delivery.
New orders of custom key tags may take considerably longer due to the fact that we must design the key tag using your supplied artwork (logo) and then we must have the design approved by you before we put the order into production. We will communicate with you regularly via email or phone regarding the progress of your order. Once you have approved a design, your keytags will go into the production rotation and will follow the same protocol as “reorders” above.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Because we attempt to ship out orders immediately upon receipt, it often is not possible to cancel an order. However, if we receive your emailed request to cancel before your items ship, we will be more than happy to process your cancellation request and refund your full purchase price.
To cancel your order, send an email to orders@keytagclub.com as quickly as possible. Cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address associated with your order.
Every effort will be made to accommodate your request, as long as your order has not already been shipped out.
RETURN POLICY
In order to return an item, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by emailing us at orders@keytagclub.com. If the items being returned are not defective, you will be charged a restocking fee 15%.
Merchandise returned must be in its original condition, and the request for RMA must be submitted within 30 days of original purchase date. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. In addition, there is no refund of original shipping charges.
We require the following information to process your return
- The RMA number
- Your full name and address
- Phone number
- Email address
- The original order number
- The reason you are returning the merchandise
Note: Your return will not be processed if you do not provide ALL required information.
