Spectrum provides you with a fully integrated system of components to convert your club to 24/7 access. Get access hardware and software, surveillance
equipment, and a security system – all reliable and easy to use. You’ll be insurance-ready with our proven system.
INTEGRATED SOFTWARE:
Our software system (pre-installed on a Dell™ PC) lets your valid members access the fitness center 24 hours a day without increasing your labor costs. In fact, most of the clubs that we convert actually reduce payroll costs by staffing the facility only during peak times. Your computer will confirm the validity of each member wishing to access the facility and will either allow or deny entry based on parameters defined in the software.
ACCESS HARDWARE:
Our own access system offers efficient control of your entry door. Sophisticated, yet simple-to-use technology lets members swipe a key tag at a bar code reader outside your club. Once membership is confirmed, our entrance door interface unlocks the door for a brief time, allowing entry. If entry is denied, the door remains locked and the member gets a reason why access was denied - for instance "membership expired". Also, you get a report informing you of their attempt to enter the club.
SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM:
Security is a high priority in your automated fitness center. That's because members will be entering the club while it is not staffed. Our system includes 4 to 8 high-resolution video cameras with images recorded on a digital video recorder (DVR). A DVR is similar to a VCR, except that you have instant access to specific times in the recording history. You can view the DVR recording history on your PC with our network interface. In fact, you can even choose to view your club's video cameras from the World Wide Web with your high-speed internet connection!
SECURITY MONITORING:
Although we are not licensed to install security systems, we can work with your local security provider for you. We'll provide them with detailed specs similar to our other installations. We can even add the security company's proposal right into our quote for your entire system. You get the convenience of working with just one vendor.
